Page says, Every ingredient has a soul mate, you just have to find it.
The foodies, who are married soul mates of 18 years, say pairings like lamb and rosemary, apples and cinnamon, and caviar and oysters are classic matches made in flavor heaven.
But just like with people, opposites sometimes attract and create tasty combinations, like bacon and chocolate and strawberries and balsamic vinegar.
Says Dornenburg, These combinations just go beautifully. Theyre luxurious and delectable, and can be mind- blowing.
Adds Page, Putting together a meal is one of two of the most sensual things you can do on Valentines Day (Feb. 14). Id say its tied for No. 1 with another sensual act.
