Don’t Get Burned By A Lawsuit This Thanksgiving (Nov. 27)

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) cooks can rest easy that supper won’t land them a subpoena.

The Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) is offering holiday hosts protection with their “Thanksgiving Guest Liability and Indemnification Agreement.”

The waiver form ensures that no dinner guest can sue the host for the food causing weight gain, food comas, fatigue, or any other post-meal issues.

CCF spokesperson Justin Wilson explains, “There’s this epidemic of frivolous lawsuits people file against restaurants for making them fat or for their coffee being too hot. We want to protect hosts so their guests can’t say, ‘I’m suing you, Grandma!’”

Wilson assures that the CCF waiver is “bulletproof” in court and is “fully vetted by our attorneys.”

Now people can stress less about preparing their Thanksgiving meals.

Wilson says, “Everybody can kick back and enjoy themselves without fear that the food coma they put people in will land them in court.”
