Tired President Endorses Quiet Festival

OCEAN CITY, N.J. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Things have been way too loud and hectic lately, and one tired president is ready for a rest.

Mark Soifer, a PR director in Ocean City, New Jersey, has just been named president of the National Association of Tired People (NAP), a position he feels qualified for since he’s “been tired for 40 years now.”

His first order of business as NAP prez is to bring his fellow sleepy folks together for the Quiet Festival, happening Friday (Nov. 14) through Sunday (Nov. 16) in Ocean City, because Soifer believes everyone can use the rest.

He says, “After such a noisy season with the election and economy, it’s time to enjoy the simple things in life. I want people to stare at the moon and appreciate the horizon, to slow down and not worry about double or triple tasking.”

Through the festival and his new presidential platform, Soifer hopes to spread the word on the power of positive napping, which can re-energize a tired soul.
