San Diego DJ Is The ‘Jesus Of Bad Music’

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Bringing bad music to the world is one DJ’s cross to bear.

San Diego-based DJ Dimitri Dickinson has made it his mission to spread the gospel of terrible tunes with his traveling club gig called Worst Music Ever.

He goes around to different clubs playing horrible, cheesy chart-toppers like Eiffel 65’s “Blue (Da Ba Dee)” and Meat Loaf’s “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That),” and considers it his “solemn duty” to blast the bad jams.

In fact, he likens himself to a musical messiah of hated tunes.

He says, “I feel like the Jesus of sh■■ty music. I willingly subject myself to hours of sh■■ty music. God chose me to sacrifice my peace of mind for the good of the world.”

Dickinson calls good music “overrated” and enjoys throwing crowds through a loop with his stupid song choices.

He explains, “I like to throw them a zinger, like ‘Tears in Heaven’ by Eric Clapton. It’s such a bummer to hear in a bar.”
