Gallery Splatters Serial Killer Art On Walls

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The walls of a freaky Los Angeles gallery are getting splattered with killer art.

Antebellum, the world’s only fetish art gallery, is creeping out patrons with their latest exhibit, Splatter: Murder, Monsters, Mayhem, and Gore, which runs today (Oct. 30) through November 30.

The show displays paintings and photography, among other mediums, that share the common theme of blood, death, and gruesome violence.

Among the artists whose work is exhibited are infamous serial killers John Wayne Gacy and Jeffrey Dahmer, who murdered a combined number of 50 people.

But curator Rick Castro says the killers’ brush strokes aren’t nearly as good as their knife strokes.

He says, “These serial killers are actually really bad artists. I find it very fascinating though that these people who did such horrifying things chose to create art at the end of their life as a way to heal.”
