At the Mount Hope Cemetery, the grave of five-year-old Carrie Francis Kiene, who died in 1885, is decked out with an eerie statue of a small girl who may be little Carrie herself.
The grave is no ordinary resting place, as five times a year the statue is mysteriously dressed in seasonal attire by an unknown culprit.
Cemetery counselor Rick Kuebler says they have no clue who the phantom stylist is, but some believe Carrie herself is hitting her closet for her outfits.
He says, Theres a group of South American ladies who come to worship the statue. Theyre convinced shes dressing herself.
Though he wouldnt rule out the possibility of a paranormal game of kiddie dress-up, neither Kuebler nor any other staffers are willing stake out the grave at night to crack the case.
