Kmart Clothes Send Mixed Message About Teen Sex

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A new line of lounge wear at Kmart has kids and teens talking about sex.

The Piper & Blue brand at Kmart has released a line of sweatpants that allows young girls to “boldly proclaim where they stand” on the issue of pre-marital sex by having the pro-abstinence statement “True Love Waits” printed over the pelvis and across the buttocks.

Despite carrying the anti-sex sweats in stores and online, spokesperson Amy Dimond says Kmart doesn’t care whether girls give it up or not.

She explains, “We don’t have a formal opinion on abstinence, and it’s a personal preference, whether they buy the sweats or not.”

Though Kmart does sell products touted by pro-abstinence teen stars like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers, the Disney stars won’t be pushing the abstinence attire.

Dimond says, “We haven’t sent the clothes to them or asked them to be spokespersons. We probably never will.”
