No Pain No Gain For Motorcross Madman

TEMECULA, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One motocross biker isn’t worried about a few bruises and broken bones.

Nate Adams is a freestyle motocross rider who’s bringing his bold bike moves to ESPN’s 1st Annual Navy Moto X World Championships at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, this weekend (Apr. 12-13).

Adams – a seven-time X Games champion – is known for his amazing maneuvers, and for this event, he’s gearing up for tricks like the “Cliffhanger Flip,” where he’ll put his feet under the handlebars, stand up, flip, and land no-handed.

It sounds insane, but for Adams, it’s just another dangerous day at the office.

He says, “I don’t think too much about getting hurt. A football player doesn’t worry about blowing out his knee. You can’t dwell on that.”

In addition to captivating the crowd, Adams is also looking forward to riding with his buddies like Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg, and Brian Deegan, who, because of their high-flying schedules, only get to meet up at national events.
