TV Host Gets Slapped Into Late Night Spotlight

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A new, 22-year-old late night TV host has gotten slapped into the celebrity spotlight.

Jake Sasseville is the host of The Edge With Jake Sasseville, a nationally syndicated late night TV talk show.

Sasseville – who got his start as a 15-year-old local access TV host – says his skills were sharpened with the hilarious help of The Office funnyman Rainn Wilson.

Sasseville says, “We did a scene where I went to Rainn’s house and challenged him to come on my show. He said, ‘I’ll be wearing tighty-whities and eating Cheetos.’ So I jumped his gate, got into his house, and he pushed me around and b■tch-slapped me with his bag of Cheetos. It was ridiculous!”

When Sasseville’s not getting beaten by his celebrity chums, he’s just another college kid – sort of.

Sasseville is still in school at Marymount Manhattan College, and says he balances studying and his crazy career by “drinking a lot of Red Bull and sleeping about four hours a night.”

The Edge With Jake Sasseville premieres tomorrow (Feb. 14) on ABC affiliates. Check your local listings.
