‘Amazing Racers’ Lend Helping, Hungry Hand

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One team of reality show racers is looking back on their trip with hungry, helping eyes.

Shana Wall and Jennifer McCall were voted off the racing reality show on Sunday (Dec. 2), but despite the girls being constantly tired and hungry, what they really fed on was the culture they experienced during their city skipping, especially in Africa.

Wall says, “You’re running, but when you take a second to stop, the places were just unbelievable. Africa has the most amazing people, despite their conditions. It makes you rethink your own life.”

McCall adds, “The culture is amazing, and the people are inspiring. They stay in your mind.”

And now that their fast-paced footrace is finished, Wall and McCall would love to head back to Africa to get a real taste of the continent.

McCall says, “I said that if I won, I was going to go back and give hamburgers to all the children!”

The Amazing Race airs Sundays on CBS.
