Psychic Calls Out Criss Angel

TORONTO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A reputable psychic in Toronto is calling out Criss Angel for his public criticisms of psychic abilities.

Last Tuesday (Oct. 30), the Mindfreak illusionist appeared on Larry King Live and told Larry King, “No one has the ability to do anything supernatural, psychic, or talk to the dead.” Angel also argued that if psychics were real, they would’ve predicted the 9/11 attacks.

Then on Wednesday (Oct. 31), Angel got into a heated altercation with a contestant on his live reality show, Phenomenon, after Angel called the contestant’s psychic powers into question.

Now, psychic Anthony Carr – known as the “World’s Most Documented Psychic” and “The Man Who Predicted 9/11” – is speaking out about Angel’s anti-psychic attitude, using his own psychic track record as supporting evidence.

Says Carr: “I predicted 9/11 in an interview with the Toronto Star on New Year’s Eve 2000. Angel needs to look at the facts before he generalizes about psychics.”

But this isn’t the first time Carr has had to stand up for his psychic peeps.

Magician and skeptic James Randi has been trash-talking Carr’s craft for decades, and even claims to carry around a $1 million check to give to anyone who can make a psychic prediction.

Carr argues, “Who’s ever seen Randi’s check? It would be wilted by now. And if he read my predictions, I’d have all his money.”
