Rainman, whose album, Bigga Than Life, drops September 11, says its the slow style of life in Jackson, Mississippi, that feeds his flow.
Rainman says, To be real, the advantage of living here is that there aint sþþþ going on. It makes you grind a little bit and work harder than people in New York and Cali. Im hungrier than the average rapper.
Rainmans raw rhymes traffic in Southern-fried hip-hop fare, and hes confident his down-home style will hold up, even against some competition from down-under.
A rapper in Australia is calling himself Rainman too, but its not getting in the way of this rappers Southern swagger.
He says, Im holding it down in Jacktown. I dont know what this other guys all about or what he stands for, but I know Im official like a referees whistle.
