‘America’s Got Talent’ Winner Has Die-Hard Fans

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ventriloquist Terry Fator just won America’s Got Talent and he has a slew of die-hard fans to thank – aged from two to 92!

That’s the word from Fator who says he wouldn’t have won the competition last Tuesday (Aug. 21) if it weren’t for his devoted followers, who found many unique ways to support the puppet master.

Fator says, “I’ve gotten emails from fans saying that their kids would watch me every week, with a sock puppet on their hand, singing along to my songs. Also, a few people told me they had to show their 92-year-old grandparents how to use the phone to vote for me because they wanted me to win. The broad range of support has been crazy!”

Although Fator has room in his heart for millions of fans, there’s one special supporter he’ll never forget.

He explains, “I did an outdoor show once that got rained out, so we had to move everything indoors. No one showed up except for one little boy who sat through my whole performance. If he wouldn’t have watched me, I may have quit ventriloquism right then and there.”

Fator and his puppets bring their winning act to the Las Vegas Hilton Showroom October 14.
