Love Boat Makes River Baby

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One jammin’ cruiseliner on New York’s Hudson River is a real life love boat because of its multiple love connections.

New York City’s Rockin’ the River Cruises is a lovely event where you can float around to a band playing some funk, rock ’n roll, or soul and snuggle up with your favorite river baby.

Co-founder John Hoffman says thanks to his cruises there have been two marriages, one proposal, and even one bundle of river joy.

Says Hoffman: “One couple from the cruise had a boy, and they named him Hudson after the river where they met.”

And the feelings run deep on this booty call boat even after it moors on the pier.

Co-founder Steve Lurie says people don’t want to leave the intimate connection made between the band, the people, and the music.

Lurie says, “One band that was closing the show just kept on jamming 45 minutes after we were sitting in the dock. Who’d want to get off the boat after that?”

Rockin’ the River Cruises sets sail today (June 21) and runs through the summer.
