Quality Of MySpace Page May Determine The Next Great Reality TV Star

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ladies, if you’re thinking about sprucing up your MySpace page, do it before Wednesday (May 2).

That’s the day submissions are due to be the next reality star on Direct TV’s series, Project MyWorld.

The show’s founding cast members, Shaina Fewell and Renee Intlekofer are looking for an outgoing lady with a “genuinely cool” MySpace to join them in their travels to places like New Zealand, Australia and other exotic ports of call.

While Fewell and Intlekofer want the third member of their team to be “adventurous and fun,” they insist the winner may be determined by the quality of their MySpace page, since the show is all about traveling the world to meet people with cool MySpace pages.

Says Intlekofer: “We don’t want attention-getters with a bunch of scandalous pictures and 50 headshots of themselves on their MySpace. If you’re a model, that’s cool, but we want to find a real, genuine girl with pictures of herself with her friends. We want someone who people can relate to, not just someone who wants to be famous.”

Fewell adds, “You can tell a lot about someone’s personality from their MySpace and we want to find a girl that can be wild and crazy but won’t drive us nuts when we travel together.”

To apply for the show visit before May 2. The winner will join the second season of Project MyWorld on June 12.
