World’s Most Expensive Home Comes With Many Perks

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The world’s most lavish home can be all yours – for a cool $155 million.

It might seem like a hefty sum, but editors at Unique Homes magazine say the 160 acre estate in Big Sky, Montana, is a real steal – mainly because of all its perks including a fully-stocked 8.000-bottle wine cellar, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a swim through glass wall, a 26-seat cinema and a hair and nail salon.

It’s not even finished being built, but once it’s done, this monumental mansion will also feature a private helipad with a lounge and pilot’s quarters that retracts back underground and a personal gondola that takes the owner and his guests to the nearby ski lifts.

If $155 million is a little too steep, the magazine suggests checking out the Hala Ranch in Aspen, Colorado, which is selling for only $135 million or Donald Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida, which, at $125 million, is a relative bargain.
