Cuoco plays a popular girl who dons a fat suit for a high school project in the new movie To Be Fat Like Me, and says the role took a toll on her health literally.
She says she got claustrophobic wearing the 250-pound suit, especially after sitting in a makeup chair for four hours a day.
That made her eat more to get over the stress.
In fact, Cuoco says she was so stressed out as a fattie that she had numerous panic attacks on the set and had to stop filming.
Says Cuoco: It was so sweaty and awful. They had to make a hole in my crotch and put a vacuum up it to cool me off there wasnt a day in makeup where I didnt cry.
She says her panic attacks got so out of control that a crew member bought her a stress ball so she could focus her attention on something other than her fake blubber.
To Be Fat Like Me, which also stars Biggest Loser host Caroline Rhea, premieres January 8 on Lifetime.
