America’s Washers Looking For Folders

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If you’ve had bad luck finding love, don’t throw in the towel – just fold it.

According to a new survey by Whirlpool and PerfectMatch.com, there are a lot of “washers” in America who are looking for a “folder” to share their life with.

About 50 percent of American singles admit they prefer washing clothes to folding them and 70 percent of those want a folder to share their life and laundry.

However, doing laundry with a lover is not something to jump into lightly. In fact, 35 percent believe in waiting at least six months before sharing laundry duty with their partner.

By comparison, 28 percent take someone home on the first date.

Whirlpool and PerfectMatch.com are hoping to clean up the country’s dating pool by organizing “Spin Cycle” where singles compete to see who has the best laundry skills.
