Is This The End Of Major Victory?????

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Sometimes, an aspiring superhero has to roll with the punches.

That’s what has happened to Major Victory, one of the contestants on the Sci Fi Channel reality show, Who Wants To Be A Superhero?

Victory – whose real identity is Los Angeles disc jockey Chris Watters – was eliminated last night (Aug. 24) but is hoping that’s not the end for him.

As Watters puts it, “I get so many fan letters. I’d hate for it to die.”

Watters – whose motto is “Be a winner, not a weiner” – says his goal on the show was “to have a good time no matter what was thrown in my face. That was the producers’ job: To remind you you’re not superhuman.”

He understood this from the git-go and made sure his character had more defects than super powers. For instance, even though Major Victory can jump 375 yards in the air, he is lactose intolerant and deaf in one ear.

So far, the reaction from fans has been positive, except for some members of his volleyball team, who he admits, “know I can’t jump 375 yards in the air and razzed me about it.”

The season finale of Who Wants To Be A Superhero? airs on Thursday (Aug. 31).
