Wine Drinkers Get Turned Off Easier Than Beer Drinkers

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If you’re picking up someone at a bar and want to minimize your chances of rejection, go for the person drinking bottled beer.

According to a new survey of beverage drinkers by the Aluminum Can Council, the folks who prefer drinking bottled beer were the most accommodating of things like “bad breath,” “body odor” and “belching.”

But the things that DO turn them off include “too much make-up,” “being self-absorbed,” and “lame pick-up lines.”

However, wine drinkers are the most particular, and are most offended by “body odor,” “belching,” and “being self-absorbed.”

Meanwhile, canned beer drinkers are bugged most by “too much make-up,” “bad dancing” and “people who leech free drinks.”

Finally, the folks who like to mix alcohol with energy drinks are most grossed out by “too much make-up,” “people who lurk around the bar without saying anything,” and “flashy tacky jewelry.”
