‘Scrubs’ Star Keeps Her Man In Line With Just A Look

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Scrubs star Judy Reyes – who plays nurse Carla Espinosa on the series – has not only mastered the art of acting, she knows how to deliver a look that will stop a man in his tracks.

Reyes admits her onscreen husband “Turk,” played by Donald Faison is “certainly a handful,” but her character keeps him in line with an intense, no-nonsense look.

Reyes reveals that she, her three sisters and mom have “all mastered the ‘don’t mess with me’ look” and figures what her character does on the show is “probably adapted from real life,”

Luckily, she says she doesn’t face the same marital challenges in real life, explaining, “I do have a husband but not one like Turk.”

And even though Faison’s character is hard to deal with, Reyes says being his on-screen wife is not as much work as it looks like because, “He’s so adorable.”

Reyes and her fellow Scrubs stars will put all work aside tomorrow night (Jan. 14) as they celebrate the show’s 100th episode at the Cabana Club in LA.
