Actress Spoofs Indie Films – And Jennifer Aniston – In The Most Flattering Way Possible

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – An actress who worked with Jennifer Aniston says it was hard spoofing her “Friend” in a movie.

My Big Fat Independent Movie – a send-up of about 30 different indie films – is out on DVD Jan. 24, and actress Paget Brewster says spoofing Aniston’s role as a bored clerk in The Good Girl wasn’t simple.

Even though Brewster had already worked with Aniston on the set of Friends, she admits, “She’s tough. She’s not easy to mimic. I also really like her so I didn’t want to make fun of her.”

To complicate matters, Brewster says, “Our wigs were terrible...another small ode to independent films.”

At the very least, Aniston should be entertained by the performance.

Brewster explains that her Good Girl character gets kidnapped by the hitmen of Reservoir Dogs and she ends up doing a musical scene in a warehouse wearing Bjork’s infamous swan dress.

While she adores making independent films, Brewster’s regular gig is starring in the Showtime series Huff.
