A website that specializes in the macabre is having a Mortuary Madness sale on one-of-a-kind antiques including old embalming books and photos of dead people.
Greg Cristiano a retired car dealer-turned-online salesman owns teardropmemories.com, which grew out of his other online store, selling antique bird cages.
It started with him selling one old-timey pet cemetery photo, and grew into a full-time business of weird mortuary items such as salad forks with funeral parlor logos on them.
Cristiano claims the sales of his photos have even brought a few estranged families back together again after they stumbled onto the snapshot of their family members grave site.
He credits the success of his business to TV shows like Dead Like Me and Six Feet Under.
In his words, Its rekindled the fatal nature of people.
