After ‘Home Improvement,’ Zachary Bryan Now A Good Sport

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Actor Zachary Bryan is best known for playing Brad Taylor on the long-running sitcom Home Improvement but these days, he’s more interested in being a good sport.

Bryan’s latest project is a film called CodeBreakers, where he plays a West Point cadet who exposes a cheating scandal.

It’s based on a real-life scandal that happened in the 1950s and Bryan says the military school setting required all the actors go through a mini boot camp to learn the moves and cadences of soldiers.

The film debuts Dec. 10 on ESPN and he says the premiere is going to be a real family affair because the show airs right after the network announces the winner of the Heisman Trophy and his cousin, Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn, is expected to be one of the finalists.

If Quinn does win, it could cause a mild rift in his family since his fiancee is a USC alum and that team’s running back, Reggie Bush, is the odds on favorite.
