Food Expert Dishes On How To Make The Holidays Hot

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It doesn’t matter if you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa, a Cordon Bleu-trained food expert says there are all kinds of dishes that will make the holidays a sexy time.

Amy Reiley, whose area of expertise is “the relationship between food and sex” says your holiday meals can easily turn romantic with a few ingredients.

She says mint is a common aphrodisiac, and sucking on a Christmas candy cane will not only make you feel seductive, the fact that you have fresh breath “makes you a little more appealing.”

Reiley admits, “Hanukkah is a little problem because most of the foods are fried,” but says you can certainly bake your latkes and the apple and cinnamon in the accompanying apple sauce will get you in the mood for sinning, because she says, “The apple historically goes back to Eve.”

Several Kwanzaa foods will get you hot and bothered because they contain chiles, which she says are “a very potent aphrodisiac,” but she worries about a lot of the fried delicacies.

She jokes, “I think most Kwanzaa foods could kill you, actually.”
