Al Dana is the man behind the KegelMale Trainer, and fears his device is already stigmatized by every spam mail and rip-off product on the market that claims to improve sexual performance.
The sling-like device is based on Kegel exercises and is slipped over an erect penis. Men attach weights at the end and flex their manhood like they would to stop the flow of urine.
The 55-year-old claims it also cured his incontinence issues but admits, todays market is glutted with other penis pumping devices.
But Dana hopes men recognize his device like Soloflex for the penis is different and stands firm behind his $40 device.
Not only does he say it helped his sex life but he claims hes getting rave reviews from his wife, former Playboy centerfold model Liz Glazowski.
