The so-called TushieWipes are eight-inch-by-seven-inch cloths which contain a cleanser formulated to remove clumps of feces from pets behinds.
Inventor David Goldberg says he came up with the idea after receiving numerous inquiries from pet owners who wanted to use his other product an antibacterial wipe for pets paws and fur on their animals rear ends.
He says both dog and cat owners complain about the messes caused by pets tracking their business onto furniture and carpets especially animals with long or bushy fur on their backside.
The TushieWipes contain a potpourri-scented deodorizer to refresh the junk in the pets trunk and Goldberg says they can also be used for other back door issues like when female bitches go into heat.
