Edward Vilga has developed a new bed-bound yoga program which requires just 20 minutes of rolling around in bed a day.
He says the recommended daily stretches are better for the bod than vigorously working out just a few times a month because theyre consistent, like brushing your teeth.
Vilga says doing yoga in bed doesnt mean youre lazy it just means youre busy.
In fact, the workout was inspired by his own hectic schedule, which prevents him from doing more than a few stretches in bed every day.
Some of the moves include the Morning Juicer where you sit cross-legged and rotate your torso in circles, and Upside Down Relaxation, where you put your feet up on the headboard.
Vilga shares his stretches in the new book, Yoga In Bed: 20 Asanas to do in Pajamas (Running Press) and an upcoming DVD.
