Ex-Apprentice Hits Payday With Candy Bar

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Getting fired from The Apprentice by Donald Trump never tasted so sweet for Michael Tarshi.

That’s because the wannabe Trump employee just launched his own brand of chocolate bars called the TarshiBar.

Tarshi says he took Trump’s lead by turning his name into a brand name, which is a good sales strategy. As he explains, even if Trump’s products aren’t great, they’re still perceived as great because they bear his name.

Tarshi describes his chocolate bar as “not as rich as Godiva chocolate, but not as bitter as a Hershey bar.” He says he uses it for baking and it makes a great chocolate cake.

So far, the TarshiBar is only available at, but Tarshi is working on bringing it to stores.

And that’s not the only thing the real estate expert- turned-entrepreneur has cooking: He’s also working on a bottled water and a cigar that both bear his name.
