Thats according to clinical nutritionist Dr. Susan Lark, who has an acupressure remedy which she says will knock you out for the night by taping a bean to a specific acupressure point on the wrist.
Dr. Lark says the point is located three fingers-width below the edge of the wrist in the center, and recommends using a kidney bean taped to the spot to stimulate sleep.
She recommends a kidney bean rather than a smaller bean because its large enough that you can make sure you cover the right spot.
Dr. Lark says the remedy is fast, effective, harmless and doesnt have any side effects and figures it can help a lot of people get some winks after next weeks Daylight Saving shift.
