MIDDLEBURY, Conn. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) Perhaps no teenage boy in America stands a chance with the latest American Idol cast-off.Connecticut teen Katie Stevens was voted off Idol this past Wednesday (Apr. 14), but her calendar isnt clearing up just yet for dates with boys.
Five guys have been fighting to take her to her high school prom, but she may not have to choose after all.
Stevens doesnt think shell be able to go to the big dance because rehearsals for the summer Idol tour are around that same time.
Shes not that torn up about it, though, because shes really looking forward to singing on stage again.
After a war between the Idol judges, Stevens has made up her mind about one thing: What kind of music she wants to make.
She sees herself as a pop singer with R&B leanings like Kelly Clarkson.
American Idol airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays on FOX.
