Cars Grow Their Own Moustaches
A giant moustache really makes a car look rugged and powerful.
Wednesday, April 14, 2010 17:03 GMT
SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) Some cars come with four- wheel drive, others come with moustaches. The ones that do are so much more powerful, according to Ethan Eyler, creator of the Carstache, a huge, furry, Vaudeville-style moustache that attaches to a cars grill.
Eyler says the Carstache produces smiles, waves, and even moustache salutes from strangers who put their forefinger across the top of their lip in face fuzz solidarity to show their appreciation for the silly invention.
It might be because the moustached cars, in his words, look more rugged.
Whatever the case, a drivers cool factor is immediately raised, especially if theyre also sporting a thick stache themselves.
Eyler jokes, Thats like the perfect storm.
He dreams of getting the most powerful moustaches out there to endorse his product, like Burt Reynolds, John Oates and Tom Selleck.
If they arent available, hed love to place a Carstache on famous cars, like Kitt from Knight Rider.
