DENVER (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Grandmothers should really consider taking up jobs as professional Easter (Apr. 4) bunnies.According to John Shager – who’s fastened a cotton tail and ears as a professional Easter Bunny for 18 years – grannies could corner the Easter Bunny market and dominate the vocation.
They can really fill the costume’s furry shoes because they’re “the best at loving up on children.”
Shager thinks malls should hire grandmas for the Easter holiday because their “sense of mothering” and kind nature makes them an obvious choice for the job.
Grandpas are just as good, and Shager thinks his 12 grandkids would agree.
Nana would need to do some training before hopping into a bunny costume, however, because it’s tough work.
Not only is it difficult to see and move with a big furry bunny costume on, but easing kids’ fears without using words requires the experience of a truly seasoned caregiver.
