Stress expert Dr. Kathleen Hall says that despite the passing of time, people still feel anxiety over 9/11.
However, she assures that flowers radiate a certain energy that can help make the day easier for those still hurting.
She recommends that people buy a flower today and keep it at their work desk or in their home because blooms are scientifically proven to make us happy.
In fact, the more flowers the better since theyre also proven to reduce stress levels in a person.
Hall says food can be a major help today too and advises anyone whos feeling upset to take a whiff of something citrus, mint, or cinnamon because they almost immediately reduce stress.
