Real Estate Mogul Rejects Donald Trump Ties

MIAMI (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Being hailed as the next Donald Trump isn’t necessarily a good thing.

So says Florida-based real estate mogul W. Allen Morris, who heads the successful Allen Morris Company, and has been called an “edgier, sexier, and smarter version of Donald Trump.”

According to Morris, he’s the “anti-thesis” of The Donald, who, frankly, gives businessmen a bad name.

Morris explains, “He’s become the symbol for the angry, greedy, arrogant businessman, which isn’t right.”

Unlike Trump, Morris says he prefers not filing for bankruptcy and absolutely hates firing people.

He also never puts his name on the buildings he develops, despite having built more than 78 successful offices, which are often gawked at by tourists for their unique architecture.

The company’s headquarters are housed in a building that resembles the Giralda Cathedral of Sevilla, Spain, which includes stained-glass windows and a bell tower that plays church music every half hour.

Morris will unveil his 80th creation later this year – the first ever completely “green” building in Miami.
