Regifting Okay In Feng Shui

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Finally, regifting has become completely acceptable – so long as you’re practicing feng shui.

Feng shui expert Amanda Collins says regifting around the holidays is permissible in the ancient Chinese art of balance and harmony.

She says feng shui is all about not having clutter in your life so if you really don’t love something, regifting it is the way to go.

She explains, “Maybe something you don’t love will be loved by someone else. As long as it’s going to a good place, regifting is okay.”

But if you’re regifting, at least make sure the wrapping is up to par.

Collins says wrapping holiday gifts in red paper is good feng shui because the color represents warmth and fire.

Gold wrapping is also an “auspicious” way to present a present because it’ll bring good fortune to the recipient in the new year.

Adding a pretty bow or ribbon brings forth good energy because, as Collins puts it, “It shows that love and effort was put into the wrapping.”
