‘Quit Smoking’ Seminar Offers Hourly Smoke Breaks

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Believe it or not, the way to quit smoking is to attend a seminar that gives you hourly smoke breaks.

Quit Smoking In Five Hours is a seminar conducted by German motivational coach Dr. Stefan Fraedrich that guarantees smokers will learn to kick their habit in just five short hours.

Fraedrich tackles the psychology of smoking and teaches that “addiction” is nothing but a habit that can be easily stopped.

Each hour, smokers are given a smoke break, and by the fifth hour, the majority of the class doesn’t feel the need to light up.

Klay Shroedel – who’s hosting a freebie of Fraedrich’s seminar this Sunday (Dec. 7) in Santa Monica, California – can vouch for the effectiveness of the program.

He was a two-pack-a-day smoker for more than 20 years and after attending a five-hour seminar, was able to quit cold turkey.

Shroedel explains, “Without voodoo or pills, you learn to just stop. It flips a switch in your brain.”

With 18,000 smokers already helped, Shroedel is looking into producing “webinars” – online seminars – of the program in the future.
