What’s In Your Kid’s Nose?

NEWTON, Mass. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A kid could fit a whole lot of colorful stuff in those two little nostrils.

BabyZone.com has just come out with a nosey list of the “Top 10 Things Kids Stick Up Their Noses” and it looks like crayons are the No. 1 thing kiddies tend to shove in their schnoz.

Other strange things making their way into your kid’s nose include...

  • Crafts materials, like little plastic beads from necklaces.

  • French fries, which are so greasy they can easily slide right up the nasal canal.

  • Fingers, especially when your child has a runny nose or cold.

  • Marbles, which are best extracted from a nose by a doctor.

  • Spaghetti, which, due to its mushiness, is often difficult to remove.

  • Tissue, in wads or wet pieces left over from a kid’s attempt at blowing their nose.

  • Cheerios, which fit perfectly into a little nostril.

  • Small toys, like LEGOS.

  • And peas and beans, which around dinner time are prime objects for kids to push up their noses.
