Its called Tresling, and it involves two people battling it out at a game of Tetris while simultaneously arm wrestling.
Though creator Thomas Gerhardt recommends a training regiment of weight lifting and hours of playing Tetris, a mind for manipulation is the best line of defense.
He says, You can be weaker than your opponent, but be very conniving and win. You can foil them by going weak with your arm to fake them out, then push really hard so they hit the wrong button.
Some hard-rocking power jams and over the top antics can also make any underdog a Tresling champion.
Gerhardt explains, We like to have a good song list going with lots of jock jams, like Eye of the Tiger. They get everyone pumped up. It also helps if players pretend to be fighting for money to save their child, like Sylvester Stallone in Over the Top.
