It’s Business As Usual For ‘The Office’ Actor

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Despite the ongoing writers’ strike, it’s business as usual for The Office actor Paul Lieberstein.

Lieberstein – who plays Steve Carell’s nemesis Toby Flenderson on the hit NBC comedy – hasn’t been filming much of The Office since the writers’ strike, but he’s still been busy working – and working out.

He’s currently getting through a “long list of household errands” that have been piling up for years, and says he hasn’t had a day where he wonders, “What am I going to do today?”

When Lieberstein isn’t busy with home improvements, he’s pumping iron at the gym “for the first time in like two years,” and doing a little striking of his own, since he’s also one of the writers for The Office.

He explains, “I get up at 6:20 AM, go to the gym, come back at 9 AM, have some breakfast, go back to bed for a nap. In the afternoon, I’ll do a little striking, a little writing, and wait for my fiance to get home. I’m still busy!”

And on his down time, Lieberstein turns on the tube.

He adds, “I recently discovered [the HBO series] The Wire and it’s such a good show. It’s far from a guilty pleasure!”
