Famous Football Fans Reveal Super Bowl Picks

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Celebrity football fans are revealing their proud picks for this year’s Super Bowl (Feb. 3), and the gridiron match-ups are fierce!

Monk actor Tony Shalhoub is rooting for the Green Bay Packers to make it into the big game because they hail from his hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Shalhoub is a devoted Cheesehead.

He says, “The Packers are well on their way to the Super Bowl. When that happens – and I say when, not if – I’ll try to make it to the Super Bowl in Arizona. If not, I’ll throw a party at my house.”

But Deal Or No Deal host Howie Mandel has other hopes for Super Bowl XLII, which include watching the notorious Super Bowl-winning New England Patriots tackle the turf.

Mandel says, “I’d like to watch history, so I think watching the Patriots win again would be cool.”

And Poison frontman Bret Michaels wouldn’t mind watching the Pats play in the Super Bowl either – but he’d rather watch them lose to the San Diego Chargers.

The Rock Of Love reality star says, “I’m throwing all my support to the Chargers. It’d be a tough game, but San Diego could take on the Patriots and win. The Chargers are good streak-ruiners!”
