Yoga Calms PMS – Period.

BOSTON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ladies can now forget about monthly menstrual mood swings by striking a pose – a yoga pose that is.

That’s according to Dr. Timothy McCall who says practicing yoga poses has been found to alleviate the effects of PMS in most women, helping them feel less crotchety about cramping.
