Virtual Vocalist Breaks Into Music Industry

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – An out-of-this-world virtual vocalist is breaking into the music biz, and she’s making some sweet sounds along the way.

Sweet Ann, a virtual popstress who sings notes and lyrics through vocal synthesis and voice modeling technology, has just been created by PowerFX, and CEO Bil Bryant says she’s the key to musical success.

According to Bryant, through upgraded Vocaloid 2 software, Sweet Ann can sing harmonies at unmatchable ranges that can be used by music producers, songwriters, and DJ’s who want unique vocals in their songs.

And since Sweet Ann can pretty much sing it all – even up to 16 tracks simultaneously during one song – Bryant wouldn’t be surprised if the virtual diva put real singin’ queens out of business.

He jokes, “Sweet Ann is the perfect songstress. She gets the job done fast, doesn’t complain, doesn’t have a diva attitude, and won’t make outrageous demands backstage. How could producers not love her?”
