Shia LaBeouf Lives Out His Childhood Dreams

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Going to the Screen Actors Guild this past Sunday (Jan. 28) brought back a lot of memories for actor Shia LaBeouf.

The Bobby actor went to elementary school across the street from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and says he used to longingly watch from the playground as the red carpet was being set up for famous award shows.

Says LaBeouf: “I always wanted to be here – at the SAG Awards or Academy Awards. It feels amazing because I can’t believe I always wished I could be here and now I finally am. It’s craziness in here, but it’s awesome.”

He jokes, “Now I just have to go across the street and show all my old teachers that I finally made it to a Shrine red carpet.”
