Thats the weighty word from New York-based personal trainer Stacy Berman, who says balancing out shopping bags in each hand and walking each one individually to the car is a great way to tone up the flab gained from too much turkey.
Or you can stretch the leg muscles by picking a particular meeting spot to walk to after every store.
Other ways to work off the pumpkin pie from each thigh include using a shopping basket instead of a cart. That way, you can put it on the floor and do squats every time you pick something up.
Finally, no matter how hungry you get while doing the shopping workout, Berman says you should avoid eating at the mall food court at all costs because, in her words, they are normally just not good.
