Celebrity lawyer Jeffrey Steinberger predicts the man now known as K-Fed-Ex will make out like a bandit even though the couples prenuptial agreement wasnt official.
He claims Federline will still earn about 50 percent of Spears earnings from the last two years, as well as half of the $300,000 dollars he was promised when he tied the knot with the pop singer since they got married before the agreement was final.
The wanna-be rapper will probably not have to pay child support either, since hell never make as many records as Britney but that could affect his chances of getting custody of their two kids.
In fact, Steinberger says Federline can just forget about getting full custody of Jayden and Sean Preston unless he gets a really good lawyer who can convince him to wear a shirt and tie, and cover up the tattoos during the court hearing.
