Hip-Hop Star Quickly Sheds Pounds On ‘Celebrity Fit Club’

ATLANTA (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Hip-hop star Bone Crusher isn’t crushing anyone now that he’s shed some pounds on VH-1’s reality TV show, Celebrity Fit Club 4.

The rapper – known for his collaborations with artists like Jermaine Dupri and Chamillionaire – lost a record-breaking 51 pounds on the latest season of the celeb weight loss show.

Bone Crusher is so happy with his weight loss that he even plans to debut his very own workout DVD starring Carnie Wilson in spring 2007.

In his words, “My workout DVD is strictly for fat people, not for skinnies. I think big people get discouraged when they see skinny people working out , but this DVD is tailored for them.”

Aside from his workout special, Bone Crusher is also active in his music career, with plans to drop a unique “rock meets rap” record next year.

Bone Crusher says the weight loss has inspired him to write better songs and adds, “I have a much clearer head now. There was too much fat in my brain blocking my creativity before.”
