Thats the word from Julian Myers, who has competed in 23 marathons and races during his 88 years of life.
At the Senior Games, Myers will be a contender in several events including the 3,000-meter races, long jump and the javelin toss.
To prepare for the event Myers has been running every day.
Says Myers: I run three miles a day, everyday, no matter what. I dont need vitamins or medicine at my age because running is my medicine and it helps me train.
Due to his rigorous training, Myers is confident hell do well in the events, especially the 3,000-meter race and adds, Ive been running for 37 years its in my blood.
