Criminals Are Catching On To Dog The Bounty Hunter’s Tricks

HONOLULU (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Hawaii may be a tropical escape for tourists, but not for criminals running from Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, star of the reality show, Dog the Bounty Hunter.

The show is in its third season, and Dog says while he’s gotten more comfortable with cameras following him, so have the criminals he’s trying to capture.

Dog complains that people now recognize his voice on the phone, allowing them more time to try to escape, and he’s even had to retire some of his old tricks since fugitives have seen them on the show.

In fact, Dog is so well-recognized on the island that locals sometimes run from him even when he isn’t hunting them.

Says Dog: “The other day I was at K-Mart and this guy just dropped everything and sprinted out the door. The clerk was like, ‘Looks like one of your guys – go get them, Dog.”’

Dog also notices people quickly putting on their seatbelts when he pulls up next to them, which prompts his daughter to say: “Daddy, they have to do that because its you.”
