‘Hurricane Howie’ Gordon Storming Into Meteorological Career?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Howie Gordon may have been kicked off Big Brother this past Sunday (Aug. 20), but he has no plans to let that rain on his parade.

Gordon now will be sequestered until the show’s season finale on September 12 and plans to use the time to study up on his first love, meteorology.

The 35-year-old says the science of weather prediction is his first love and being on TV may have to come in second.

Now, “Hurricane Howie” hopes to parlay his reality show fame into a spot as a TV weatherman – and is confident of his chances.

As he puts it, “I’m good looking enough to be on TV.”

“Hurricane Howie” even describes his run on Big Brother in Weather Channel jargon: “Fair conditions for the first month, followed by a whirlwind eddy and tornadic [sic] conditions. And then when I was kicked out, you’re talking Category 5 hurricane.”
